Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum standards.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and promotes academic growth.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Assess student learning through regular evaluations, quizzes, tests, and assignments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement interdisciplinary activities and projects.
- Stay updated with current educational trends, methodologies, and technologies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and respectful classroom culture that promotes academic excellence, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to address any concerns or issues related to student learning and well-being.

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduate degree in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience teaching Mathematics at the PGT level, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively utilize technology in teaching and learning.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
