**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide information about our houseboat services to potential customers.
- Assist customers in booking houseboat experiences and answering their queries.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Must have knowledge of at least **3 languages** (e.g., Malayalam, English, and Hindi/Tamil).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
