An experienced freelance trainer - SAP Forecasting & Replenishment for a virtual training delivery in India location (IST).
**Forecasting**
- Process flow of automatic replenishment for stores and DCs
- Idea about SAF files & Table update after FRP Run
**Requirement calculations**
- Stock periods and Demands periods.
- Minimum and maximum target range of coverage
- Requirement calculation demo & decomposition
- Safety amount calculations, output of forecast including safety amount.
- Service level profile controlling the safety amount.
- Replenishment type (Manual/Dyn. Target stock/reorder point)
- Dynamic minimum stock calculations
**Requirement quantity optimization**
1. Location specific settings regarding optimization (RQA profile)
2. Product specific settings regarding optimization
- Logistical rounding
- Economic order qty. (Capital lock up profile)
- Order balancing
- Restriction profile
**Order Forecast and Multi-Echelon Replenishment**
**Order proposal release management**
**Exception handling**
