Creative 3D Designer for Interior Company

**Job Overview**:
**Basic Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month**

**1. QUALIFICATION & SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field.**:

- **3 to 5 years of experience in residential interior design projects**:

- Proficiency in design software like **AutoCAD, Sketchup**, **3Ds Max,** **Lumion**, **Enscape**, **V-ray**, **Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, or similar tools.**:

- **Excellent portfolio of previous works**:

- Strong creative and visual skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of materials, textures, and architectural design trends.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and color theory
- The Person should be Expertise in **Visualization, Modelling, Rendering, Texturing, Lighting, layout, color, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations**

**2. KEY RESPONIBILITIES**
- Develop visually appealing design concepts for architectural and interior projects.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients to execute design plans and requirements.
- Create 3D models, presentations, and visual mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Prepare high-quality layouts, renders, and presentation drawings.
- Work on branding, graphic design, and promotional material for internal and client-related needs.
- Set schedules for the project
- Ensure all design elements align with the firm's creative direction and client expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and design tools.
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
