Job Description for Landscape Architect

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Confer with clients, engineers, and building architects to understand a project
- Prepare site plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Coordinate the arrangement of existing and proposed land features and structures
- Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting software
- Select appropriate materials for use in landscape designs
- Analyze environmental reports on land conditions, such as drainage and energy usage
- Inspect landscape work to ensure that it adheres to original plans
- Seek new work through marketing or by giving presentations
- Design skills and strong ability to motivate & manage a team of architects and draughtsman
- Tender documents
- Construction documents
- Design, management, and production of drawings for projects of different scales and different stages in the design process
- Compilation of targeted project research and analysis into text documents and/or design solutions - Preparation of and the ability to give verbal, visual, and oral presentations to clients, municipal staff and boards, community members, etc.
- Preparation of proposals, contracts, and cost estimates for upcoming projects
- Demonstrated ability in Site Planning and Design, Design Detail
- Should have minimum 2years of Experience
- Ability to handle a team of 4-5 people
- A professional Landscape Architecture degree; B.Arch/ M.Arch
- Strong design and writing skills
- Clear communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Effective time management
- Coordination between clients and consultant teams Creating innovative designs & presentations

Salary - Not Disclose

Job Location: Kanjurmarg East

Office Time: 9:30am -6:30Pm

1st & 3rd Saturday off

**Software Proficiency**
- AutoCAD to create site, layout, landscape, and detail plan sheets.
- Microsoft Word to write professional memos and other documents
- Adobe In Design to create presentations, submission packages, documents, etc.
- Google Sketch Up to create site models, rendering, etc.
- Microsoft Excel to create budget spreadsheets, plant lists, etc.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator to create renderings, diagrams, etc.
