- Maintain accurate records of students' academic performance and attendance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to promote a respectful and supportive classroom culture.
- Foster a sense of belonging and community among students through collaborative activities and discussions.
- **Individualized Instruction**:

- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including English language learners and students with special needs.
- Provide additional support and enrichment opportunities for students as needed.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on their child's progress and academic goals.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in English language teaching and educational pedagogy.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions to collaborate with colleagues and share resources.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Encourage students to participate in English language-related extracurricular activities, such as debates, drama clubs, and literary events.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular activities to provide students with opportunities for personal growth and enrichment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English Literature, English Language Teaching, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience teaching English language and literature at the secondary level preferred.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
- Effective classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching and learning.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
