Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Post insurance and patient payments to appropriate accounts
- Generate AR reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Review dental insurance policies and breakdown benefits for patients
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies to expedite dental claims processing.
- Maintain accurate patient billing records

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of dental billing and insurance procedures preferred

Shift:
USA Shift timings / 5 PM to 2:30 AM IST
