Required Restaurant capWe are seeking a Restaurant Captain responsible for customer service, staff management, and coordination with the kitchen.

*Customer Service:*
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their food and drinks.
- Regularly check in with guests to gather feedback.
- Build rapport with guests to encourage loyalty.
- Resolve issues related to food and beverage service.

*Kitchen Coordination:*
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service.
- Ensure food and beverage service aligns with guests' needs.

*Other Responsibilities:*
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure that only the highest quality products are served.
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Oversee front desk operations.
- Introduce innovative ideas to generate targeted sales.

*Skills:*

Restaurant Captains should possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Additionally, they must be able to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

Pay: ₹9,339.45 - ₹13,000.00 per month
