**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and design creative visuals, graphics, and reels for social media posts.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, style, and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and oversee daily operations of all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Schedule and publish posts across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- **Meta Ads Management**:

- Plan, create, and execute advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
- Optimize ad performance through continuous testing and analysis.
- Manage ad budgets, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Generate reports on ad performance and provide insights for improvement.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through Meta ads for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business goals.
- Track lead generation metrics and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar software.
- Experience with Meta ads management, including creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with other digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Experience with video editing software for creating reels and other video content.
