**Job Summary**:
The Account Assistant Executive will support the accounting department by handling daily tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role involves bookkeeping, financial reporting, reconciliations, and utilizing accounting software like Tally and Excel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily accounting entries using Tally and maintain general ledger accuracy.
- Prepare and update financial data in Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Assist in processing invoices, payments, and tracking financial transactions.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and follow up on any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and assist with audits.
- Prepare supporting documents for tax filings and financial audits.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Generate reports from Excel, utilizing advanced formulas for analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- B. Com/M. Com degree in Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bavla, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
