**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphics & Animation**: Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital marketing, ads, presentations, and brand storytelling.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and enhance video footage, adding effects, transitions, and animations to improve storytelling.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- **Creative Ideation**: Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams to brainstorm and develop engaging creative concepts.
- **Storyboarding**: Develop storyboards and visual concepts for animations and videos.
- **Software Proficiency**: Work efficiently with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other design/animation software.
- **Trends & Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest design, motion graphics, and animation trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

**Requirements & Skills**:

- **Proficiency in**: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- **Experience:

- 2+ Years** Graphic design, animation, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Ability to create engaging animations and interactive visuals.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D animation (optional but a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or related fields.
- Experience in UI/UX design, 3D animation, or illustration is a plus.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or advertising agencies is advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
