Job Responsibilities:
- Teach students using a variety of instructional strategies, including lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.
- Create and implement laboratory experiments that reinforce theoretical concepts in chemistry.
- Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they navigate the chemistry curriculum and prepare for exams.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and academic needs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide policies and initiatives.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current with advances in chemistry education and teaching methodologies.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognized University.
- At least 2-3 years of teaching experience in a similar role, preferably in an English medium school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Passion for teaching and motivating students to achieve academic success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to participate in school-related activities beyond the classroom, such as extracurricular events and school trips.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
