Organization is leading manufacturing of Folding Carton, Printing and Packaging Industry located at Chacharwadi Vasna, Ahmedabad.

Required Education: B. Com, BA, B.Sc with min 5 to 6 Years Experience in Store Executive Profile.
- To prepare purchase orders depending upon the requisition received from PPC or as per the minimum order levels set in the system.
- To maintain a list of vendors for each product
- Look for alternate vendors who can provide better quality, service at a better rate
- Co‐ordinate with PPC and place the order to the vendor who can supply the material on the required date and ensure that the material is received on the committed date.
- To check the quantity of material on receipt. Also ensure that the quantity is as per PO.
- To prepare GRN and take approval of the Director on the GRN.
- To return the material to the vendor if the quantity is more than the acceptable quantity or if the quality is rejected by the QC Executive.
- To verify the rate, quantity, e way bill in the invoice. To forward it to Accounts if found OK else talk to the vendor and get the modified invoice.
- Ensure that the material is packed, stacked and stored properly at the correct location
- Make sure that the material does not get damaged in the store.
- Issue material as per the requisition / job card.
- Note issue in the system.
- Completion of timely and proper paper work for sending and receiving material at various job work locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
