Direct reporting to Business Head of State & functional reporting to Marketing Head

**Responsible For**

Marketing initiates in the state

**Purpose of the Position**

To drive marketing activities in the region to increase footfall.

**Responsibilities**

BTL/TTL Activities/Demand generation activities/Internal
- External Marketing, Planograms/Visual Merchandising-Execute Marketing Plan and analysis

**Key Deliverables**

Execute Marketing Plan for Footfall Increase at retail store

The customer connect programs-Execution at ground level with communication material

Maintaining Display hygiene of the stores

Market share related actions
- New counters promotions & extraction from existing counters-Execution at ground level

BTL activations-Execution at ground level with communication material

Cross promotional tie-ups-Execution at ground level with communication material

Marketing Calendar made every quarter and implemented regularly.

Planograms/Visual Merchandising -Implement the same Counter wise - CSR/Non-CSR Counter

Internal and External Marketing - Employee/ Business Partner engagement activities-Execution at ground level

Demand Generation Activity-Execution at ground level

Planograms/Visual Merchandising -Implement the same at Counter wise - CSR/Non-CSR Counter

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurangabad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
