**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and modify CNC programs for plasma cutting based on engineering drawings and design specifications.
- Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut metal parts accurately.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to plan cutting sequences.
- Select proper cutting tools, gases, and machine settings for different materials and thicknesses.
- Load and unload metal sheets/plates safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues.
- Maintain documentation of programs, production output, and machine logs.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- ITI / Diploma / Certification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or CNC Operation.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CNC Plasma Cutting (programming and operation).
- Proficiency in CNC programming software such as AutoCAD, FastCAM, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of metals and cutting parameters for MS, SS, and aluminum sheets/plates.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD files.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Attention to detail and strong quality orientation.
- Physically fit and able to handle material manually if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
