Quality Check

Job Role Summary:

- The **Quality Check Assistant** supports the quality assurance team by conducting inspections, monitoring production processes, and ensuring that EV components and vehicles meet defined quality standards. This role helps maintain product reliability, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform visual and mechanical inspections on EV components (e.g., battery packs, motors, chassis).
- Assist in functional testing of electric systems (e.g., wiring harness, controllers, sensors).
- Use measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
- Record test results, defects, and non-conformities accurately.
- Maintain detailed quality control documentation and reports.
- Report findings to the Quality Engineer or Supervisor.
- Monitor assembly and production lines for compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Identify process deviations and communicate them to relevant teams.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma/ITI/Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (Bachelor's preferred but not always required).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in manufacturing/automotive/EV industry preferred.

**Tools & Software Knowledge**:

- Measurement Instruments (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Microsoft Excel or ERP systems (for data entry and reporting)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
