**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire marketing lifecycle - Defining the strategy, conceiving means and collaterals, design and working with cross-functional teams, particularly sales and BU Managers, through implementation.
- Planning strategy for ATL, BTL and TTL marketing.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Managing distribution sales.
- Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
- Ensure consistent communication of corporate image, branding and value proposition.
- To develop & monitor marketing budget, ROI for all marketing programs, build in qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate effectiveness of all marketing and communications initiatives.
- to maximize brand awareness, increase product visibility, and drive leads.
- Regular Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis.
- Provides short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data..
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Conducting telephone and in person research within a target market to develop conference agenda.
- Analyzing research and using critical thinking to develop commercial conference programs that meet the stated needs of the market.
- Attending and overseeing conferences, including providing opening introduction, speaker assistance and support.
- Researching and providing the marketing department with strategic information required to market conferences, including detailed information on the target market both in terms of industry sectors and disciplines and geographic markets, relevant industry associations, industry publications, and competitive events.
- Providing the sponsorship department with strategic information on potential sponsorship opportunities. Providing ongoing support to sponsorship as required.
- Working with and supporting a cross-functional team on an ongoing basis to ensure successful marketing and sponsorship of conferences.

**Educational Qualification Required**:

- Any Graduate although MBA - Marketing would be preferred.
