**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Design high-quality graphics, logos, brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for internal and external communication, product demos, and social content.
- Perform image retouching, layout design, and photo manipulation as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to understand creative requirements.
- Stay current with industry design and video trends, tools, and standards.
- Adapt design styles and approaches based on project needs and target audience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), **CorelDRAW**, and **video editing tools** such as Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple design projects with attention to detail and brand consistency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work across print and digital formats.
