**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Call leads and potential customers and convince them to buy the product or service.
- Maintain the call log for the leads and always be on track when to call them or contact them back.
- Maintain all the visitors, leads, inquiries log on paper and input it to the system.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

- Ashoka Marg, Nashik, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
