A **Quality Supervisor** is responsible for ensuring products or services meet established quality standards and regulations. They oversee the quality control process, from establishing standards to implementing and monitoring compliance. This role often involves managing a team of quality inspectors, conducting inspections, and implementing improvements to enhance quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee Quality Control**:Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Manage Teams**:Supervise quality control teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance and support.
- **Conduct Inspections**:Perform inspections of products, processes, and work areas to identify defects and ensure compliance.
- **Implement Quality Improvements**:Develop and implement strategies to enhance quality, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Training and Development**:Train staff on quality procedures, policies, and safety measures.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:Prepare reports on quality performance, identify areas for improvement, and maintain documentation.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations, and company policies.
- **Problem Solving**:Address quality issues, investigate defects, and implement corrective actions.
- **Process Improvement**:Analyze production processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- **Data Analysis**:Collect and analyze data to track quality trends, identify areas for improvement, and monitor performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,196.37 - ₹52,267.71 per month
