**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct audits of payroll, sales, and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Review financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
- Perform risk assessments to identify potential financial and operational risks
- Develop audit plans and programs to address identified risks
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with other departments and external auditors as necessary
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounting and internal auditing

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or internal auditing
- Knowledge of payroll, sales, and inventory processes and internal controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Experience with accounting software and data analysis tools
