- Minimum qualification**:CA/CMA** is must; Basic technical education would be an added advantage
- 8-10 years of financial planning & analysis in an industrial enterprise is must
- Basic knowledge of refractory materials and competitors.
- Knowledge of the internal core processes (pricing, budgeting and controlling)
- Commercial understanding
- Profound knowledge of products and production facilities.
- Must have expertise in **SAP/SD and MS-Office**:

- Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.
- Strategic Thinking and Action, Market and customer orientation, Result orientation, Innovation and Change, Leadership, Communication and Co-operation, Diversity
- Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts between RHIM strategy and market trends.
- At the same time actively propose strategies for compensation of those.

**About the job**

We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated FPnA Professional on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Bhiwadi, Rajasthan Plant.

The **person **will be responsible for analyzing the Financial Planning & Analysis - Operations

Your tasks will include:

- Annual budget preparation for cost line items
- Preparation and internal circulation of function wise cost MIS
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and track financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
- Identify and drive various cost savings initiatives
- Participate in various new development projects, cost reduction projects, and coordinate the planning and expectancy process.
- Monitor non-operating expenses, including capital expenditures and project costs, and provide analysis and insights to the senior management team.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and provide recommendations to the senior management team.
- Ensure proper cost controlling and review mechanism (Control costs commitments with key stake holders viz Manufacturing, Planning, SCM & Indus teams).
- Review and challenge operations on improving the Factory efficiency and cost reduction targets set (in tools, consumables, etc).
- Import detailed actual cost and commitment data into cost system and run complete detailed baseline cost report by package
- Analysis of monthly reports to understand cost drivers and identify reason for variance Vs previous month and budget
