**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a structured yet flexible curriculum that promotes active learning.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
- Encourage curiosity and creativity through hands-on learning activities.
- Teach foundational skills, including early literacy, numeracy, and social interactions.
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization in accordance with safety regulations.
- Encourage positive behavior and manage classroom discipline using constructive techniques.
- Plan and participate in school events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, health, and safety regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (as required by local regulations).
- Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with preschool-age children.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and parents to support children's development.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (preferred).
