Job Title:
Content Writer

**Experience**:
4 to 5 years

Skillsets Required:
4 to 5 years of content writing experience, preferably Content / Marketing Writing for software products.

Extensive knowledge in creating marketing collaterals like Datasheets, Case Studies, White Papers, Webpage content, blogs, e-books, Solution briefs, Architecture diagrams, etc.

Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.

Strong team player with exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Should be comfortable working in dynamic and swiftly changing software development environment.

Experience working with content management systems.

Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure concepts and technologies would be a plus.

Comfortable in installing and using complex products hands-on.

Familiarity in the following tools: MS Office, Snagit, Adobe RoboHelp / Framemaker would be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with CTO, Business Analyst, product managers, and usability experts to develop compelling Marketing documents that is appropriate for its intended audience.

Gather information from internal teams on product and documentation requirements and update relevant content in marketing documents.

Deliver accurate and high-quality documents on time.

Contribute to strategic initiatives around authoring environments, development processes.

Collaborate with the user experience team and write easy-to-understand user interface text and contextual help.
