**About the role**:
We are looking out for a Lead UX Writer to join our world-class design team. You will be working with our product managers, engineers, and some of the best product designers in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment to build Netcore’s suite of products.

This role demands perfect execution, bold innovation, obsession with quality, fearlessness, and optimism to be inspired by the unknown and always looking out for ways to improve and innovate.

**What are we looking for?**:

- We are looking for a Lead UX Writer who has the following skillset:

- Experience in writing product copy with localization & internationalization in mind.
- A deep sense of problem-solving and an eye for detail with originality.
- Ability to research, speak to stakeholders, users to generate insights to identify and execute actionables.
- Creative thinker and a firm believer that magic & devil is in the details.
- Resume and a portfolio that demonstrates your best work in line with the requirements.
- Strong skills in detailing, grammar, and analytical thinking, collaboration across stakeholders, and adaptive to project needs.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS enterprise suite.
- Being autonomous, taking ownership, and pride in your work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own the UX writing framework end-to-end - translating research into actionable insights, then creating content as per the designed workflows.
- Take part in initial brainstorming sessions and collaborate with product designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Identify opportunities & drive them - Ability to perform data-driven experimentation with the content.
- Defining content principles & strategy - Think about the scalable language, voice, and tone i.e. devising UX editorial strategy for all product interfaces. You’ll leverage research and data to inform and validate copy decisions. Also, enable designers & PMs to write better so as to scale practices within the team.
- Contributing to the design blog and author/co-author best practices and case studies to show top work executed by our designers.
- Creating, managing, and evolving a UX writing framework for global SaaS products.
- Contribute to and participate in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing design community.
