**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Acting as contact points for all agency or organizational personnel
- Keeping lists of the agencies or personnel representing the organization.
- Facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies, societies and organizations.
- Collaborating and communicating with necessary constituents and the public for organizing campaigns.
- Identifying and appointing dealers, stockist, establishing strategic alliances / tie-ups with financially reliable channel partners thereby resulting in deeper market penetration.
- Enhancing the market coverage & distribution.
- Analysing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
- Executing sales promotional activities for brand & market development.
- Present, promote and sell services using strong knowledge of product to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through warm leads
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical skills
- Any Degree (B.A./ BSc./ B.Com/ B.B.A. etc)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (Must)
