**Content Creator Intern**

Organization: ARULA for Autism

Duration: Internship (with potential for extension or full-time opportunity)

Compensation: Unpaid for the first month; ₹5,000-₹8,000 stipend from the second month onwards (based on performance)

**About ARULA for Autism**:
ARULA for Autism is an innovative, fully online therapy program that empowers mothers to become the primary therapists for their children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Founded by renowned speech and language therapist Mrs. Mayuri Ramdasi, Arula’s unique approach transforms homes into effective therapy spaces by integrating therapy into everyday routines. With a focus on 18 core developmental areas, Arula offers structured programs that support real, tangible progress for children with autism.

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative, self-driven Content Creator Intern to help amplify Arula’s mission through digital content. You’ll work closely with our team to create impactful videos, AI-powered copy, and engaging blog content that supports our community and builds awareness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit engaging video content and Instagram reels
- Use AI tools to generate copy for the website and social media platforms
- Transcribe videos and turn them into blog posts and articles
- Design visual content using tools like Canva
- Collaborate on campaign ideas and content strategy
- Stay current with trends in content, autism advocacy, and inclusive communication
- Support other content-related initiatives as needed

**Who You Are**:

- A creative storyteller and strong communicator
- Comfortable with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere)
- Proficient with Canva for visual content creation
- Familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
- Passionate about neurodiversity, inclusion, and impactful content

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Experience in blogging, copywriting, or social media management
- Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing
- Personal or professional connection to the autism/neurodivergent community
