**Responsibilities**

Plan and conduct user research using AI-integrated design tools and techniques to gain deep insights into user behavior and preferences
Perform competitor analysis with a focus on emerging UI/UX trends like immersive scrolling, bold color choices, and 3D/animated visuals
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and leveraging AI to generate initial UI concepts
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using the latest tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
Conduct user testing on cross-platform designs optimized for both desktop and mobile experiences
Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, and design patterns that incorporate trending elements.
Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and management teams to deliver delightful user experiences

**Key Requirements**
- Degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing projects.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch and designing tools - Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop).
- Keen eye for aesthetics and strong attention to detail in incorporating trending UI elements like animated icons, 3D visuals, and bold typography.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions to cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge user experiences aligned with business goals.
