**Admission Counsellor**

**Location**: The Little Starlings by Sanskar School, Ambabari, Jaipur

We are looking for a warm, well-spoken, and organized **Admission Counsellor** to join **The Little Starlings**, a new preschool and daycare initiative by **Sanskar School**, Jaipur - a trusted name in education for over 23 years.

As the first point of contact for prospective parents, you will play a key role in representing the school, building relationships, and guiding families through the admission process with care and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **walk-in and telephonic inquiries** from parents regarding admissions.
- Provide detailed information about **curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and school values**.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a proper **enquiry database**.
- Schedule and conduct **school tours and orientation sessions**.
- Support the **admission process** - from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and teachers for **parent meetings and documentation**.
- Assist in **promotional activities**, events, and outreach efforts to boost admissions.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of experience** in counselling, customer service, or front office roles (preferably in a preschool or school setting).
- **Bachelor’s degree** is mandatory.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Friendly, approachable personality with **strong follow-up and coordination** abilities.
- Comfortable with **basic computer skills** and CRM or enquiry management systems.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
