**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and driven UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team In this role, you'll be responsible for designing seamless, user-friendly interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences for our digital products. You'll collaborate closely with our design and development teams to bring intuitive, engaging designs to life, focusing on both functionality and visual appeal. If you are proficient in web design, familiar with UI libraries like Material UI or ShadCN, and excited about contributing to innovative projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you to take your skills to the next level.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that align with design principles and brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and other designers) to create designs that improve the user experience.
- Ensure consistency and quality of designs across platforms and devices.
- Leverage UI libraries like Material UI, ShadCN, or similar to streamline design processes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and improve functionality.
- Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and incorporate feedback into designiterations.
- Assist the development team by preparing design assets, specifications, and providing design support during the implementation phase.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong experience in web design, including responsive design principles.
- Proficiency with UI libraries such as Material UI, ShadCN, or similar frameworks.
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS for designing interactive prototypes.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
- Knowledge of modern design trends, such as Material Design, Fluent Design, or iOS Human

Interface Guidelines.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with design systems and version control (Git, for example).
- Familiarity with animation tools (e.g., Lottie) for UI motion design.
- Experience working in agile development environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
