**ISO IMPLEMENTOR AND AUDITOR**

**Job brief**

We are looking for an **ISO Auditor** to manage our company’s internal ISO implementation making the quality manuals and procedures.

**Responsibilities**
- Required Internal Auditor for ISO
- Responsible for internal audit for QMS.
- Lead training sessions and implement initiatives for process improvements.
- Implement ISO QMS standard in the organisation.
- Responsible for QMS certification in plant.
- Responsible for making the quality manuals and procedures.
- Conduct the internal audit of all departments and responsible for the closure of NC's.
- Training of shop floor employees to enhance skills related to Quality, Productivity, Acceptance criteria as per QMS requirements
- Guide team/process owners in defining processes and managing changes as per ISO standard requirements.
- Planning, Scheduling & Conducting Internal Quality Audits.
- Improve internal Quality Audit Program by identifying in-house internal quality audit requirements.
- Contribution to develop & maintain audit system
- Performance monitoring of auditors and quality coordinators and provide feedback to improve their performance
- Conduct trainings on ISO standards awareness, Internal Quality Auditor and quality improvement tools
- Conduct/Facilitate Audit Meetings & Management Reviews Skills

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an ISO Auditor or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with ISO process
- Ability to use technology effectively + Ability to use apps / tools.
- Experience with CRM software, Familiarity with MS Office, E-Mails, Internet Surfing & Whats App.
- Great command of communication & writing. (English & Hindi/Gujarati)
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.
- B.E/M.E, MSC / MBA degree or relevant field.
- Excellence knowledge of ISO.
