**Position Summary**: Media Guardians is seeking an innovative and highly skilled **Head Graphic Designer** to lead our creative team in developing impactful and visually appealing marketing collateral for the real estate industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing and inspiring a team of designers to produce high-quality, end-to-end marketing materials that align with our brand vision and meet client objectives.

SOFTWARE Blender 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator Indesign, CorelDraw, premier & Canva

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Creative Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the graphic design team to deliver outstanding design solutions.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

2. **Design & Execution**:

- Ensure designs are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and tailored to target audiences.

3. **Project Management**:

- Manage the end-to-end production process, from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing strategists, content creators, and external vendors to ensure timely project completion.
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

4. **Strategic Contribution**:

- Align design strategies with company goals and client requirements.
- Stay informed on industry trends and integrate innovative techniques into design workflows.

5. **Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough reviews of all design outputs to ensure they meet brand standards and quality expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to refine and enhance their work.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5 to 10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in creating and managing a diverse range of marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs for real estate or similar industries.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the real estate or property development sector.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and UX/UI design principles.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar platforms.
