**About Us**:
Fashion World Garments Pvt. Ltd. is a leading B2B manufacturer and wholesaler of women’s ethnic and Indo-Western wear. Established in 1999, we supply our premium collections to boutique owners, resellers, and multi-brand outlets across India. We are looking for a dedicated **Telecaller** to join our sales support team and assist in building strong customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers and boutiques to share details about new collections and offers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain accurate customer data and call records.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat orders.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and customer service.
- Prepare and submit simple daily or weekly call reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
- Good communication skills in **Hindi and English** (Bengali or other regional languages will be an added advantage).
- Confident, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Prior telecalling or telesales experience preferred.
