Ground Ticketing Executive

We are hiring Ground Ticketing Executive for Groundwork. The professional will be responsible for taking care of passengers. He/ She has to take care of every little work right from taking care of luggage to making sure it reaches to the respective passengers correctly.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Handle the situation in every condition diplomatically.
- Safeguard the interest of passengers.
- Collecting luggage to making sure it reaches to respective passengers.
- Inspecting, storing and transporting luggage
- Remaining in touch with the passengers to answer questions and providing information.
- Inform passengers about the delay in travel, any queries etc.
- Ensure a safe, enjoyable journey for the passengers.
- Leaving no ground for complaints.
- Ensure the best customer service.
- Organizing and managing staff.
**Skills**:
- Freshers are most welcome.
- 10th, 12th, Dropouts, Graduates can apply.
