Tele Caller Executive

As a Tele Caller at Sukoon Residency, your role will involve proactively reaching out to potential customers and providing them with information about our residential properties and services. You will contribute to the sales and marketing efforts by effectively communicating with prospects over the phone.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

- Outbound Calls: Making a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in Sukoon Residency or have been identified as potential leads.

Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying leads through comprehensive research, database management, and effective questioning to understand customer requirements and preferences.

Property Presentation: Providing detailed information about Sukoon Residency's residential properties, amenities, pricing, and any ongoing promotions or discounts, aiming to generate interest and ultimately secure bookings or appointments for site visits.

Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with prospects, answering their queries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Follow-up: Consistently following up with potential customers to nurture leads, build trust, and guide them through the decision-making process, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
