Russian Trainer

**Position: Russian Trainer**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Course Design**: Create comprehensive training courses in the Russian language, focusing on practical communication skills, workplace terminology, and cultural nuances relevant to overseas employment.
- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging training sessions that utilize various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring all participants grasp the material effectively.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- **Progress Tracking**: Monitor and report on the progress of trainees, ensuring that they meet learning objectives and are prepared for their roles in overseas employment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in the Russian language (written and spoken) with a strong understanding of cultural contexts.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring, preferably within an overseas manpower or labor services environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse group of trainees.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
