Job Role: SAP Commissions

Experience: 4+years

Locations: Pune,Chennai,Mumbai

**Job Description**:
Responsibility:

- Co-ordinate with Business and different teams during different phases of the project
- Implement Compensations rules into SAP Commission using different components
- Developing stored procedures in SAP HANA for Payments and Financial Reporting
- Develop understanding of data sources, data flows, payload models, transformation logic
- Providing support once project go live and performing enhancement of the product

Technical requirements:

- 4+ years technical experience in Application Development, with a focus on Compensation Systems
- Good understanding of SAP portfolio and SAP Commissions components
- Good understanding of Reporting, Dispute process, Data Integration with SAP Commissions Product Suite
- Experience in Developing stored procedure in SAP HANA
- Experience in integrating Commissions with existing Enterprise solutions, on-premises and Cloud
- Knowledge of compensation plans and bonuses
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Must have great communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident and outgoing in approach, good team player,Team Lead
- Should be comfortable working with Business team and setting right expectations with Business team

**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- SAP Commissions: 4 years (preferred)
- SAP HANA: 4 years (preferred)
