**Design and Production**:

- Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for various advertising campaigns.
- Develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with branding guidelines.
- Produce high-quality studio adaptations based on original creative work.

**Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with the creative team, including copywriters, art directors, and project managers.
- Interpret and implement feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Maintain proficiency in emerging design tools and technologies.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Prepare and package final artwork for various media channels.

**Innovation and Trends**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to the team.
- **Qualifications**:_
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in creating studio adaptations and resizing designs for various formats and media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work.
- Ability to think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to team members and clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
