To Handle Core documents of Site/Organization like: Site Master File, Departmental Organograms, Quality Manual, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) etc.

To Collation & review of Data relevant to Quality System Management Review (QSMR) like Change Control, CAPA, Investigations, Customer complaints, Incidence, APQR, Validation Reports etc.

To Co-ordinate with Site Quality Head, Site Operations head & heads of cross functional teams for monthly Quality System Management Review meeting.

To review the compliances of procedures related to Quality System, Facility & Equipment, Material System, Laboratory Controls, Production and Packaging, Labeling system.

To participate in internal audits at site and review internal audit compliance.

To oversee and review of annual product review, Market complaints & Pre-market supply

investigations.

To oversee and review of equipment qualification, protocol and reports, process validation Protocol and reports.

To perform effectiveness checks of CAPA arising from the regulatory and internal Audits.

To review the regulatory audit responses for its adequacy.

To support the Quality team for coordination in regulatory audits.

To give/provide Trainings to subordinates, cross functional teams as an when required.

To review and approve the equipment, utilities qualification protocols and its reports.

To review and approve the Computer System Validation protocols and reports.

To handle the work allocation & Appraisals of team & provide the guidance to set & achieve the goals.

To Involve in review of Batch Manufacturing Records & Release of Finished goods batches.

Apart from above, additional responsibility assigned by approver time to time.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
