**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design ideas.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design implementation.
- Handle space planning, material selection, and project documentation.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with design trends, materials, and technologies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture / Interior Design** (B.Arch / B.Des or equivalent).
- Minimum **2 years of professional experience** in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office**.
- Strong visualization, detailing, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of **site execution and material specifications**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
