Job Title: UI/UX Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for new and existing features.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately.
- Conduct user research to identify user needs and preferences.
- Conduct usability testing to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure that the final product meets business requirements and user needs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of previous design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
