Admission Advisor (Work from Home)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Advisor to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The role involves guiding prospective students, generating inquiries, and ensuring successful admissions. The position offers a competitive salary of ₹20,000 + incentives. Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to provide information and assistance.

Generate and nurture inquiries, guiding them through the admission process.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students.

Fluent in English and Malayalam with excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and organizational abilities.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or admissions is an advantage.
