Phe Draftsman

**“Drafting and Design - PHE”**
- Preparation of Design Calculations in specific formats as required by the Clients and or as per the Company Design guidelines
- Preparation of Design Basis Reports & Design Presentations
- Responsible for the timely / quality delivery of all Mechanical services drawings/documents/Calculations/Reports..
- Responsible for the Quality / On time performance of the Team assigned
- Responsible for developing and guiding the team and responsible for the performance of the team.
- Design, Draft, Contract Administration and Site Supervision
- Project Design Management
- Preparation of Complete Mechanical System Tender Packages including Tender Drawings / BOQ / Technical Specifications
- Quantity Take of f & Preparation of BOQ with proper Back Up Quantity Take Off Sheets
- Preparation of Budgetary Cost / Reports
- Techno Commercial Comparison of different mechanical systems with proper back up documentations and justification for recommendation
- Allocation of work to the Design Engineers / Drafting personnel assigned for the Quality & Timely completion of deliverables
- Responsible for the submission of Time Sheets of Self and the entire Team on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis based on the Project Work Demands and reporting the same to the Management
- Co-ordination with Architect and all other disciplines
- Ensure complete MEP Design Co-ordination.
- QA & QC checking and implementation of company standards.
- Responsible for the review / commenting & Approval of the following submitted by Contractors / Sub Contractors / Vendors
- Shop Drawings
- Material Submittal
- Sample Submittal
- As built Drawings
- Calculations / Software models / renderings
- Installation / Testing & Commissioning
- Support the Management in bidding for new projects / Bid Proposal / Bid documentation / Presentations
- Any other assignment as given by the Associates / Sr. Associates.
- As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to attend design team meetings and site meetings with end user's, Architects and Contractors.
- Liaise with the Client and Client's Representatives, Architects and Contractors and project manager of the mechanical services and combined MEP projects assigned to you.
- This shall include internal job management, project management and team management, preparation of progress reports, resources management, quality control and budget management.

Other Duties:

- A team player who can work well in a multitasking office where additional effort is in demand.
- Traveling would be required within Bangalore and other parts of India. Overseas travel as per company policy and project requirements may also be required.
- Flexible to be able to work with projects that can be diverse.
- Perform other duties that are required and directed.
- Manage Juniors / Trainees and their work Schedule, as Assigned
- Optimize and manage every aspect of a project program. This will include daily program management and on time project delivery.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
