Looking for Field Support Technician

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Location: Bengaluru

Job Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information

Technology, or Diploma in IT.

Job Specifications
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Troubleshooting IT issues by asking customers targeted questions.
- Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical

problems.
- Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback.
- Responding to technical support calls from end users of computers and
- Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
- Installing and configuring client computer systems.
- Tracking and managing work records.
- Proficiency in remote desktop and helpdesk software, such as Anydesk

and teamviewer.
- Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
- Understanding/Experiences in linux OS
