**What we're looking for-**

We are looking for a _**Junior Visual Designer**_ with experience across communication and web design. You will be part of in-house design team and also working closely with our marketing department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and ensure adherence to Brand guidelines
- Ensure that everyone is equipped to adopt Design Systems as they grow and evolve
- Proactively communicate updates, gather feedback to adjust the system, and help Designers and marketers as they run into issues
- Work on illustrations, iconography, micro-transitions and animations that will help communicate better with our customers
- Be proactive and foresee potential obstacles and escalate to Project
- Keep up-to-date with the design tools

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 2 years of strong and relevant experience as a Visual Designer
- Resume and a portfolio that demonstrates your best work in UI, illustrations and animations
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent UI & UX skill with a keen eye for detail
- Understanding of market design trends
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of design tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma etc

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
