**Opening for International Voice Process (US Healthcare)**:
**Required Skills**:
1. Strong English Comprehension and Communication Skills (Written, Listening, and Oral)

2. Good Understanding of US accent.

3. Prior experience in the International Calling process (Inbound / Outbound any)

4. Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision

5. Ready to handle pressure (as there will be paid overtime when required)

6. Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously

7. Flexible with Shifts

8. Learning Attitude

9. Team player

11. No holidays for the first 3 months apart from the week offs.

**Benefits**

1. Good salary package with Statutory and other Benefits (Night Shift Allowance)

2. 5 days of working (Sat & Sun fixed off)

3. Fixed 9.5 Hours of shift timing (5:30 PM to 3:00 AM)

4. Odd-hour transportation will be provided by the company.

**Qualification**:Any Graduate

**Experience**:Minimum 1 year in any International BPO preferably Voice process (inbound/ outbound)

**Mode of work**: Fulltime (Work from the office)

**Location**: Vizag & Hubli

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
