Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior management by effectively implementing the CCFDR Framework.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex schedules and tasks with discretion and professionalism.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the executive's calendar with a strategic approach, scheduling internal and external meetings based on availability and importance. Ensure seamless coordination of appointments and events, both professional and personal as required.
- Delegation: Serve as the primary point for delegating tasks that do not require specialized training. Ensure clear instructions are provided for routine tasks and establish follow-up frequencies to guarantee timely completion.
- Follow-Up: Actively follow up with team members, vendors, and customers to ensure tasks and projects are progressing as planned. Address any issues or delays by facilitating effective communication and problem-solving strategies.
- Research: Regularly engage in industry-related research to stay ahead of trends and gather essential insights. Provide summaries and updates to management, aiding in strategic planning and decision making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Experience or exposure to US and EU business cultures is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,991.05 per month
