Overview:

You will be at the forefront of research and development, leveraging your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision to unlock valuable insights from aerial data. **Functional**:

- ** Research and Development**: Lead research initiatives in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision to advance our aerial imagery analysis capabilities.
- ** Algorithm Development**: Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for object detection, image segmentation, classification, and other relevant tasks.
- ** Data Analysis**: Extract meaningful insights from large-scale aerial datasets to drive decision-making and product development.
- ** Model Development and Deployment**: Build, train, and deploy machine learning models that can accurately and efficiently process aerial imagery.
- ** Performance Optimization**: Continuously refine models and algorithms to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- ** Technical Documentation**: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of your work to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Qualifications:
**Functional**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a strong focus on machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision.
- ** Programming**: Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV).
- ** Algorithms**: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, GANs, clustering, decision trees).
- ** Image Processing**: Familiarity with image processing techniques and tools for aerial imagery analysis.
- ** Data Manipulation**: Strong skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and feature engineering.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
- ** Communication**: Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present your work clearly.
- ** Domain Knowledge**: Familiarity with remote sensing, geospatial data, and aerial imagery concepts is a plus.

- ** Publications**: Publications in top-tier conferences or journals related to machine learning, deep learning, or computer vision.
- ** Open Source Contributions**: Contributions to open-source projects in relevant fields.
