**Key Responsibilities**:
**Patient Care**:Examine and diagnose patients presenting in the emergency department or admitted to the hospital.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with specialists and senior medical staff.
**Clinical Rounds**:Conduct regular clinical rounds to monitor the progress of admitted patients.
Provide timely updates to the attending consultants and senior medical staff.
**Emergency Response**:Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
Stabilize patients before transferring them to specialized units or higher levels of care.
**Medical Records**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients under your care.
Document patient history, examination findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
**Collaboration**:Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and case discussions.
**Patient Education**:Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information about their medical condition, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
**Quality Assurance**:Adhere to medical and ethical standards, ensuring the delivery of quality healthcare services.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
**Quality Assurance ring**:Provide guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff, interns, and medical students.
Contribute to the training and development of the healthcare team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹46,785.04 per month
