**Responsibilities**:

- Should provide primary support for existing EDI, B2B, MFT, and integration processes for both internal and external systems
- Ability to identify and initiate resolution to business transaction and transmission-related issues through corporate middleware
- Should log problems and service requests and document the resolution for future reference
- Ability to write, deploy, and debug code from business specifications using Seeburger BIS and other tools
- Should have a working knowledge of SAP business systems with a solid understanding of integration technologies
- Should have strong knowledge and experience in Seeburger business entity/process designer
- Should be expertise in industry messaging standards, including SAP IDOC, XML, JSON, and other related technologies
- Ability to identify potential problems and have a proactive approach to problem-solving from multiple perspectives
- Ability to work in a team or individually for troubleshooting issues and resolution
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and external clients at a time
- Good verbal/written communication skills with the ability to work in large teams and interact with technical teams
